  1. Email address of the DAR.fm account (if different than the address you are sending email from)
  2. Status of your account: Pro or Free (see the Settings tab on DAR.fm for this info)
  3. Device (PC, phone, Sonos, Roku, etc)
  4. Operating system (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS)
  5. Description of the problem with as many details as you think could help us understand the issue.
