The evolutionary approach works well with my own philosophy for living. It is harmonious with human biology. I'm seeing results that certainly reinforce that notion, without feeling at all like I'm swimming upstream.

The Paleo Diet, Fitness, and staying healthy really doesn't take much time.  I'd say less than about 45 minutes to an hour a day on the fitness side.  Food prep and eating don't really take longer than before, they just involve different ingredients.
